● Routine 45-day nurse visits (or more frequently as needed)
● 24/7 on-call nurse availability during staff working hours
● Ongoing health assessments and documentation
● Choking, fall, and seizure risk screening
● Self-medication ability assessment (annual)
● Emergency health support
