As a couple with a child with a disability, our founders developed a deep passion for providing high-quality care that truly makes a meaningful difference. Their personal journey of navigating systems, advocating for their child, and seeking compassionate support inspired the creation of
Ultimate Support Services, Inc.
They understand the challenges that families face because they have lived them. This shared experience shaped the foundation of USS: empathy, respect, and an unwavering commitment to person-centred care.
Today, they are proud to serve individuals across Central, Western, and Southern Maryland, offering comprehensive support services that empower people with developmental disabilities to live independent, fulfilling, and dignified lives.

Our mission is to promote community integration, teach socially acceptable behavior, and empower individuals to learn self-advocacy skills, ensuring they can thrive in inclusive, supportive environments with individuals without disabilities within Maryland.
