Her journey into disability services is deeply personal. As a parent of a child with a disability, Abiola experienced firsthand the challenges families face when navigating care systems, accessing reliable support, and ensuring their loved ones receive respectful and empowering services. This lived experience shaped her passion and became the driving force behind her mission to create a support system that truly understands and meets the needs of both individuals and their families. What began as a personal challenge evolved into a lifelong commitment to advocacy, service, and impact.

In addition to her leadership role, Abiola serves as a Certified Psychiatric Rehabilitation Practitioner, where she supports individuals in building essential life skills, improving emotional stability, and achieving personal recovery goals. Her extensive experience spans residential care, vocational training, behavioral support, and rehabilitation services, allowing her to take a well-rounded and effective approach to care. She has consistently collaborated with families, healthcare professionals, and community partners to ensure coordinated, comprehensive support that delivers meaningful outcomes.
Abiola’s professional strengths include person-centered care planning, psychosocial rehabilitation, behavioral health support, program development, staff leadership, and community-based service delivery. Her academic background includes an Associate Degree in Psychology and a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics
